Should Twelve Glenmalure Pines not be available due to circumstances beyond our control, we cannot guarantee to provide alternative accommodation. In this event, all sums will be returned to you in full but you will have no further claim against us. Your statutory rights are unaffected.

We accept that a reasonable amount of wear and tear will occur. However, we reserve the right to debit your debit or credit card, if any articles are found to be missing or broken or extra cleaning is required.

Glenmalure Pines is predominantly a peaceful and relaxing location.  No noise should be audible outside of the lodge after midnight.  Should this occur, you will be asked to leave.

We will not be liable for any loss or damage to you (save where arising as a result of our negligence) or your belongings. The mountainous location of the property unfortunately makes it unsuitable for disabled visitors. There are approximately 20 steps down to the property.

Pets are welcome but please bring your own pet bedding. Please do not allow pets on the furniture or in the bathrooms or bedrooms. Please remember to keep your pets under control at all times so they do not cause a nuisance to any of our neighbours.
