Any booking will be only accepted on the basis of the following terms and conditions, please read them carefully.
Terms
Bookings are from 3pm on day of arrival to 11am on day of departure.
Payment
Bookings will be accepted upon payment of a deposit of GB£50. Full payment for the holiday is due no later than 4 weeks before the commencement date of the holiday. All payments are due by valid debit or credit card.
Cancellation
The booking deposit is non-refundable. As long as written notice of cancellation is received no later than 4 weeks before commencement date of the holiday, you will not be liable to pay anything further. After this date, no refunds will be given unless we are able to obtain a replacement booking for the period in question. We will use reasonable efforts to obtain replacement bookings.
Availability
Should Twelve Glenmalure Pines not be available due to circumstances beyond our control, we cannot guarantee to provide alternative accommodation. In this event, all sums will be returned to you in full but you will have no further claim against us. Your statutory rights are unaffected.
Damage
We accept that a reasonable amount of wear and tear will occur. However, we reserve the right to debit your debit or credit card, if any articles are found to be missing or broken or extra cleaning is required.
Noise
Glenmalure Pines is predominantly a peaceful and relaxing location. No noise should be audible outside of the lodge after midnight. Should this occur, you will be asked to leave.
Owners
We will not be liable for any loss or damage to you (save where arising as a result of our negligence) or your belongings. The mountainous location of the property unfortunately makes it unsuitable for disabled visitors. There are approximately 20 steps down to the property.
Pets
Pets are welcome but please bring your own pet bedding. Please do not allow pets on the furniture or in the bathrooms or bedrooms. Please remember to keep your pets under control at all times so they do not cause a nuisance to any of our neighbours.

Complaints
All complaints should be sent in writing to Twelve Glenmalure Pines, Mill Cottage, Mill Lane, Chilham, Canterbury CT4 8EF, UK. Complaints will be acknowledged within five working days. We will seek to handle complaints in a fair manner within one month and will keep you informed of progress at all times.
Your statutory rights are unaffected.
